With a background in textile, service and participatory design, I create products, artefacts and activities that support social interaction and communication for users with diverse needs and life experiences.
Recent work focuses on e-textile products and activities for:
i) an ageing population
ii) general health and wellbeing.
Since 2015 I have taught design students across both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes and elective modules at DJCAD
(University of Dundee).
Through consultancy and collaboration I have facilitated various creative workshops in contexts such as product development, user-experience, health and wellbeing and education.
